Questions people ask before paying

01Is it possible in the time I have?

Honest arithmetic: 15 to 20 days processing minimum, plus the appointment lead time for your consulate, against your travel date. We tell you on WhatsApp whether it fits before you pay anything.

03Can you promise a result?

No one honestly can. The consulate decides. We prepare the strongest file your facts allow and tell you where it is weak.

05Does a faster service make the consulate faster?

No. Faster handling speeds our work on your file. Processing time is the consulate's alone.

07How and when can I reach you?

WhatsApp or email, 8am to 8pm SAST, Monday to Saturday. Chloe replies the same working day. No bot, no ticket queue.

09What if I am refused?

We read the refusal letter with you box by box and tell you whether to re-apply or appeal. If the refusal cites an error of ours, the redo is free.

02Why pay to start if I can book the slot myself?

The first instalment buys document review, the application form, cover letter, itinerary and the daily calendar watch, not the booking itself. You always book in your own name.

04Which country do I apply to for two trips?

The one with the most nights; if equal, the first you enter. We confirm the routing with you before anything is lodged.

06Do you book the appointment for me?

No. You book in your own name on the official site, with us on WhatsApp while you do it. We never hold your login, run scripts, or book in our name. That is why the second instalment is due only after your appointment is confirmed.

08What is the refund rule?

The first instalment is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days and we have not started your file. The second instalment is never charged without an appointment confirmed on the official site. Consular and centre fees are paid by you at the centre and are never refunded by any consulate.
